摘要
针对目前交流变频领域应用广泛的智能功率模块,提出了一种新颖的模块短路保护处理的方法。该方法综合运用三相差分、输入鉴定、瞬时触发采样技术,使得短路保护稳定可靠,抗干扰能力强,解决了容易出现误保护的问题,能适应恶劣的工业环境。
Smart power module was widely used in the area of AC inverter. A new method was proposed for this module short circuit protection. This method used the three phase difference,input qualification,real-time trigger sample technology,made the short circuit protection reliable,anti-jamming capability and adapt to adverse industrial environment,solved the wrong protection problem.
