摘要
针对高频电路辐射干扰测量时间长,实验配置成本较高的问题,提出一种基于射频电压和射频电流参数测量的高频电路电磁辐射干扰快速分析与预估方法。给出了相应的理论分析和实验系统设计。实验表明:电路射频参数测量与近场及电波暗室测量结果吻合较好,说明基于射频电压探头测量可有效实现对电磁兼容措施改进前后高频电路的辐射干扰快速分析,另基于射频电流探头测量亦可实现对电路电磁辐射场的快速估计。该方法简单快速,对高频电路设计和性能改进有一定参考价值。
In this paper a fast analysis and estimation approach applied in radiated electromagnetic interference (EMI) is proposed based on radio frequency (RF) current probe measurement and RF voltage probe measurement for high frequency (HF) circuits. In the approach, the radiated EMI performance generated by HF circuit can be evaluated directly and simply according to the measured current and voltage results. The description on how to use the approach is presented in the paper. Experimental results show that the radiated EMI estimated by new approach agrees well with that of electromagnetic field measurement, which means the new method can be utilized with the advantage of simplicity, fast implementation and easy operation compared with conventional methods.
