电力检修作业挂接地线可视化监测装置

Visualized monitoring of grounding wire connection status for electric power maintenance operation

挂接地线是电力停电检修作业的重要环节和安全保障。为解决当前电力检修作业挂接地线远程监控的需要,设计了基于通用无线分组业务(GPRS)网络的电力检修作业挂接地线状态监测装置。该装置采用自主的软硬件设计,选用超声波测距的方法检测接地线的挂接状态,并使用了串口摄像头对检修作业现场进行图像采集,通过MC55模块以GPRS方式传送监控和图像数据,使其监控更具有直观性和可靠性。若结合后台管理软件,可更好地显示作业点挂接地线的实时信息,实现可视化管理。

Connecting the grounding wire is the key step of electric power maintenance operation to assure the safety,for which the monitoring equipment based on GPRS is designed.The ultrasonic locating method is adopted to monitor the connection status of grounding wire and the camera with serial port is used to gather the image of work site.The monitoring data and image are transmitted by GPRS via MC55 module and displayed intuitively and reliably.Together with the background management software,the connection status of grounding wire is displayed in real time and the visualized management is realized.
