摘要
猫头塔是1000kV特高压交流输电线路广泛采用的铁塔型式。施工中发现部分猫头塔的主材弯曲度超标,通过现场试验查明,猫头塔主材弯曲度超标的主要原因是塔身多节间再分式结构对误差变形比较敏感。文章提出了对猫头塔采取修改塔身部分辅材布材形式的处理方案。经处理后,猫头塔主材弯曲均控制在1/800优良级范围内,变形基本无回弹,总体效果较好。
Cat-towers are widely used in 1 000 kV UHV AC transmission lines.During construction,excessive leg bending of some cat-towers was detected.In-site testing showed that the main cause for the excessive leg deformation was the multi-knot and subdivided structure of the cat-towers which is sensitive to the error deformation.On the basis of the testing results,the arrangement of some auxiliary members was modified for the cat-towers as a treatment measure.After this treatment,the leg bending deformation of cat-towers could all be controlled within 1/800 without any rebounding deformation.
