摘要
刚性拉撑杆由于其良好的减振效果和经济性在管道振动治理中得到了广泛应用。文章以某电厂管道为研究对象,进行了刚性拉撑杆动载荷测量及管道安全性分析。结果表明,刚性拉撑杆动载荷较小,在静态载荷与动态载荷作用下管道及拉撑杆是安全的,可满足长期安全运行要求;其他类型刚性减振装置也可用于振动控制。
Rigid strut have found wide application in control of pipe vibration duo to its good vibration reduction and economical efficiency.A study is conducted on the pipes of a power plant in terms of dynamic load testing of the rigid struts and safety analysis of the pipes,which shows that rigid strut is low in dynamic load and the pipes and rigid strut are safe under the action of static load plus dynamic load.The rigid strut can meet the requirement for long-term safety operation.Other kind of rigid vibration-reduction equipment may also be used for vibration control of pipes.
