摘要
在Web2.0的推动下,图书馆除了要大力引进Web服务技术,在管理思想上也应与时俱进。从"人本主义"角度出发,探讨了如何运用需求层次理论激励、提高馆员的积极性并在网络环境下充分发挥图书馆的功能和优势,阐述了要根据具体情况活用需求层次理论使激励效果达到最优。
Under the promotion of Web2.0,besides introducing vigorously Web service technology,the library should keep pace with the times in the management thought,Starting from the angle of humanism,this paper probes into how to use need-hierarchy theory to stimulate and boost librarians'initiative and how to give full play to the functions and superiorities of the library,and expounds that should make flexible use of need-hierarchy theory based on the actual situation for optimizing the incentive effects.
