浅谈城市社区居民自治建设——以重庆市永川区为例

Talking about the Construction of Urban Residents' Self-governance——A Case Study of Yongchuan District in Chongqing City

党的十七大提出的构建"和谐社区",是建设和谐社会的重要标准之一。永川作为重庆渝西建设和谐社区的一个示范城市,已在居民自治建设问题上进行了积极的探索。从永川区社区建设的现状出发,通过问卷调查和走访调查,找出了存在的相关问题,并针对问题进行了原因分析,提出了改进的措施。

The construction of ＂harmonious community＂put forward by the Party＇s seventeen conference is one of the important standards for building a harmonious society.Yongchuan District,which is a demonstration district in building the harmonious community in West Chongqing,has carried out positive explorations in the construction of residents＇selfgovernance.Starting from the present situation of the construction of harmonious community in Yongchuan District,and though the questionnaire surveys and visiting surveys,this paper finds some existing relative problems,and analyzes the reasons of these problems,and puts forward some improvement measures.
