摘要
对于如何在移动图书馆中应用基于内容的图像检索系统提出了技术解决方案,设计并实现了一个功能较完善的在移动图书馆中基于内容的图像检索系统原型。
This paper puts forward a general ideological and technical scheme on how to apply the content-based image retrieval system in mobile library,and designs and implements a fully functional prototype of content-based image retrieval system in mobile library.
