This paper analyzes the importance of strengthening the emergency communication guarantee capacity of public security and fire fighting forces,expounds some measures for strengthening the emergency communication guarantee capacity of public security and fire fighting forces,and points out that strengthening the emergency communication guarantee capacity,establishing the operational command network as soon as possible,increasing the level of dealing with the disasters or accidents and providing more timely and effective emergency services for the public are the basic tasks of the construction of emergency rescue capability of public security and fire fighting forces.
