Probe into the Technology for Heating Processing of Track Maintenance Tools in Railway Maintenance System

分析了铁路工务系统使用的养路工具热处理工艺现存的弊端,通过研究热处理工艺及技术数据,指出坚持传统的淬火工艺并形成特有的热处理工艺,可提高养路工具的机械性能并延长其使用寿命。

This paper analyzes some malpractices existing in the technology for heating processing of track maintenance tools in railway maintenance system,and through studying the technology for heating processing and technical data,points out that keeping to traditional quench process and forming special technology for heating processing can improve the mechanical property of track maintenance tools and prolonging the service life of track maintenance tools.
