A Survey of Pubertal Sexual Character Development in Normal youngsters

目的：了解正常青少年青春期性征发育的状况与规律。方法：男性测量睾丸容积，阴茎长度和直径并分期，观察阴毛、腋毛、胡须并分期。观察有无喉结，询问首次遗精时间。女性检查乳房、阴毛、腋毛、大阴唇并分期，询问月经初潮时间，根据性征分期计算性发育指数并评定总性发育程度。结果：制定了睾丸容积、阴茎长度和直径的正常范围，女性乳房、阴毛Ｔａｎｎｅｒ分期的年龄分布状况，男、女总性发育程度随年龄增长而增加的趋势。月经初潮的平均年龄１３．０±１．１９岁，首次遗精的年龄１４．１２±１．２８岁。结论：为临床青春期疾病和青春期保健的研究提供了参考数据。
