摘要
目的：探讨人体血清中花生四烯酸含量与年龄、性别的关系，为临床科研提供必要的参考依据。方法：用气相色谱法对６０例健康人血清中花生四烯酸含量水平进行测定。结果：花生四烯酸含量随年龄增长呈上升趋势且与性别有明显联系。结论：心脑血管疾病与花生四烯酸含量有关。相关程度有待结合临床进一步研究。
Objective: To study the correlations of arachidonic acid (C 20∶4 ) content with age and sex Methods: The C 20∶4 content in serum of 60 nrmal humans were determined by gas chromatography Results: The C 20∶4 content was increased with age and significantly associated with sex Conclusion: Cronary heart disease and cerebral haemorrhage depend on the C 20∶4 content in serum The correlativity will be investigated further
