摘要
采用文献资料、录像资料、统计分析等科研方法对我国男子单人参加的近5届世界健美操锦标赛的成绩进行整理与分析。研究结果显示:竞技健美操属于难美项群类运动项目,对运动员的各项素质都具有很高的要求;世界竞技健美操运动特别是男子单人操技术水平较高,发展较快,中国男子单人操运动虽已跻身世界先进水平的行列,但其优势并不明显;中国在此方面的科研有待提高。针对以上几点提出一些建议,以期为中国男子单人操的研究提供一些资料。
