医科大学生心理健康状况比较分析

ANALYSIS OF THE SCL- 90 RESULTS FOR THE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

目的：评价天津医科大学生的心理健康状况。方法：用“复合四层评定”标准对８７８名医学生进行ＳＣＬ－９０评定；总均分（ＧＳＩ）及因子分与常模比较研究；分性别、生源地、是否独生子女，进行亚群体总均分及因子分比较研究。结果：心理障碍者１０１人，占１１．５％；总均分及七项因子分均极显著低于常模；心理障碍发生率前３位因子分别是：恐怖、强迫症状和偏执；女学生、非城市生源学生和非独生子女学生的心理问题比较严重。结论：“复合四层评定”标准是较合理的ＳＣＬ－９０筛查标准；

Objective:To study the mental health of Tianjin medical university students Methods: The SCL- 90 results of 878 medical university student were assayed with 'four layer compounding standard', The results were then compared with normal level ,and the subgroups were compared with each other Results: 88 5 per cent students were in good mental health , the others had mental problems The GSI and a seven-ninth majority factor were remarkable lower than normal The major reasons of mental problems in medical university students were Photic anxiety、Obsessive compulsive and Paranoiel-ideation The GSI of female、village、many child a couple was higher than the others Conclusion: 'Four layer compounding'was a good standard for mental healthy diagnosis; The mental health of Tianjin Medical University students was a very important problems
