小儿尿毒症红细胞形态学分析

MORPHOLOGY ANALYSIS ON RED CELL IN CHILDREN WITH UREMIA

目的：分析尿毒症红细胞形态学变化。方法：采用ＣＯＵＬＴＥＲＪＴ－ＩＲ型细胞分析仪测定红细胞平均值；采用ＣＡＲＬＺＩＥＳＳ相差显微镜观察红细胞形态学。结果：尿毒症患者组红细胞平均值无显著性变化，棘形红细胞、口形红细胞显著增高；患者组ＭＣＶ、ＲＤＷ与贫血无关，棘形红细胞、口形红细胞水平与贫血相关。结论：采用相差显微镜观察尿毒症患者红细胞形态，可以了解红细胞的损伤情况。

Objective: Assay the change in morphology of red cell in patient with uremia Methods:The red cell mean value was deteted using Coulter JT-IR cell analyzed and red cell morphology was examinated using CARLYZIESS phase contrast microscope Results:The mean value of red cell was no changed in uremia patients, the acanthocyte and mouth-red cell morphology level were higher than control group Moreover, the MCV and RDW changes were no related with uremia, but the acanthocyte and mouth-red cell morphology were related with uremia Conclusion: using phase contrast microscope watch red cell morphology can understand the damage degree of red cell and the changes in disease
