烤瓷熔附金属冠桥修复体瓷体崩裂的相关因素

INTERRELATED FACTORS OF PORCELAIN BODY’S CRACKING OF PORCELAIN FUSED TO METAL CROWN AND BRIDGE RESTORATION

目的：观察烤瓷熔附金属冠桥修复体瓷体崩裂的相关因素。方法：通过对３３０例烤瓷熔附金属冠桥修复体的临床观察，对其瓷体崩裂现象进行原因分析。结果：烤瓷熔附金属冠桥修复体瓷体崩裂的相关因素可归纳为三方面：１．口腔技师因素，２．医师因素，３．患者因素。结论：造成此原因的因素各异，有时是多因素造成的，并与烤瓷熔附金属冠桥修复体的整个制作过程密切相关，因此重新修复时应仔细分析原因。

Objective: To observe the interrelated factors of porcelain body's cracking of porcelain fused to metal(PFM) crown and bridge restoration Methods:Through the clinical observation of 330 cases of PFM crown and bridge restoration, to analyse the cause of the phenomenon of porcelain body's cracking Results: The interrelated factors of porcelain body's cracking of PFM crown and bridge restoration can be summarized into the following three: Frist, dental technician's wrong operation Second, the fault of teeth preparation in clinic Third, the factor of patient Conclusion: there's many different factors that make the cause of porcelain body's cracking, sometimes in many ways and it's colsely related with the whole proceeding of PFM restoration's making Therefore, we'll analyze the reason carefully to avoid failing once more when restore again
