摘要
目的:研究异氟烷直接腹腔内注射的肌松作用。方法:40只小鼠按分层随机分组设计分为4组(n=10):对照组(生理盐水,0.3mL/kg),异氟烷各剂量(0.15、0.3、0.6mL/kg)组;各组均以腹腔注射给药。以对照组为对照,观察受试小鼠给药后5、10、20、30、60和90min的抓力变化。结果:①与对照组相比,异氟烷(0.3、0.6mL/kg)组抓力减弱显著(P<0.05,P<0.01);②异氟烷肌松作用在5min起效,10min达最强,之后小鼠抓力开始恢复。结论:腹腔注射异氟烷可使小鼠产生肌松作用,且呈剂量依赖性。
Objective:To observe the muscle relaxation of intraperitoneal isoflurane in mice.Methods:40 Kunming Jimpy mice were randomly divided into 4 groups(n = 10 each):control group(Ns group,0.3 mL·kg-1) and other groups(0.15、0.3、0.6 mL·kg-1),Every groups were given drugs by intraperitoneal injection,The corresponding control group were as the contrast.We observe the change of the grip strength after the drug administration(5、10、20、30、 60、90 min).Results:①The grip strength of isoflurane groups(0.15、0.3、0.6 mL·kg-1) were shorter than the Ns group(P 0.05,P 0.01);②Muscle relaxant effect of isoflurane in 5 min onset,10 min up to the strongest,then the mice began to recover.Conclusions:By intraperitoneal injection of isoflurane in mice can produce muscle relaxant effect and dose-dependent manner.
