摘要
目的:对吸入麻醉药的第二气体效应做出定量分析。方法:利用热力学的宏观理论和数学的定量分析方法,分两个层面讨论第二气体效应:同时吸入高浓度气体和低浓度气体时,第二气体的相对增加量;单独吸入低浓度气体时,第二气体的相对增加量。结果:同时吸入高浓度气体和低浓度气体时,肺泡内低浓度气体浓度较单独使用相等的低浓度气体时快;二者浓度差别越大,低浓度气体的肺泡浓度提升越明显。结论:第二气体效应能用数学物理的方法给予解释。
Objective:To make a quantitative analysis on the second gas effect.Methods:Physical theory and mathematical thinking is used in quantitative analysis,which showing the increase in the amount of the second gas under two conditions of the inhaled anesthetics concentration,First,the gas of high concentration and the second gas are inhaled together,Second,the second gas are inhaled alone.Results:Quantitative analysis shows that the concentration of the second gas in alveolar increases much faster under the former condition in comparison with the latter.Conclusions:The second gas effect of anesthetics concentration does exist,and it can be proved by Mathematical and Physical methods.
