复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A治疗寻常型银屑病(附35例报告)

Observation of the Effects of Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablet and Acitretin in Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的:观察复方甘草酸苷、阿维A、他卡西醇软膏和卤米松乳膏联合用药治疗寻常性银屑病临床疗效及安全性。方法:将65例患者随机分为两组,入组时两组患者的性别、年龄、病情程度等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组予以口服复方甘草酸苷片75mg,3次/d;阿维A胶囊30mg,随牛奶或主餐口服,1次/d。同时外用他卡西醇软膏和卤米松乳膏(即顺序疗法),8周后采用维持疗法;对照组单纯口服阿维A胶囊,方法同治疗组,8周后随即停药。两组8周后判定疗效,12周后随访复发情况。结果:治疗组与对照组的疗效差别有非常显著性,治疗组疗效优于对照组(χ2=11.41,P<0.01),且治疗组的副作用及复发率均较对照组低。结论:复方甘草酸苷片、阿维A胶囊、他卡西醇软膏和卤米松乳膏联合用药治疗寻常性银屑病安全、有效,且副作用少,复发率低。

Objective：To observe compound glycyrrhizin tablets,acitretin capsule,tacalcitol ointment and halometasone cream union medication treatment psoriasis vulgaris clinical curative effect and the security.Methods：Divides into two groups stochastically 65 example patients,enters when the group two group of aspect difference non-statistics significances and so on patient＇s sexes,age,condition degree（P 0.05）.The treatment group takes orally compound glycyrrhizin tablets 75 mg,3 /d;acitretin capsule 30 mg,along with milk or main meal oral administration,1 /d.Simultaneously external use tacalcitol ointment and halometasone cream（i.e.smooth therapy）,8 weeks later uses the maintenance therapy;The control group takes orally acitretin capsule,the method with the treatment group,8 weeks later stops the medicine immediately.Two groups of 8 weeks later determines the curative effect,12 weeks later makes a follow-up visit the recrudescence situation.Results：The treatment group and control group＇s curative effect difference has the unusual significance,the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group（χ2 = 11.41,P 0.01）,and the treatment group＇s side effect and the recurrence rate compare the control group to be low.Conclusions：Compound glycyrrhizin tablets,acitretin capsule,tacalcitol ointment and halometasone cream union medication treatment psoriasis vulgaris security,effective,and the side effect are few,the recurrence rate is low.
