中耳胆脂瘤的特征为中耳腔存在高度增殖的鳞状角化上皮和胆脂瘤上皮的骨质破坏。关于胆脂瘤的病因学和发病机理，国内外学者进行了大量的研究，研究的重点主要为胆脂瘤上皮的特点、骨破坏的机理、免疫细胞浸润，病毒的作用、角化细胞因子和表皮细胞生长因子在胆脂瘤中的表...
