摘要
针对C3I系统结构,提出一种面向任务的效能评估方法。假设具备良好结构的C3I系统应能迅速响应任务并构建出高效协作的系统单元组合,通过影响信息的传输速度和不同系统单元协作时的通信质量,从而对任务执行的反应性和协作效率产生影响。评估时首先将该C3I系统所执行任务映射为执行该任务所需的单元集合,然后通过计算任务执行时的反应性和协作效率评估C3I系统结构效能。在计算过程中,针对C3I系统的特点引入了多维树来对其结构进行描述和分析。
In this paper, we propose a new method to assess C^3I system architectures based on missions. We suppose that a military organization with a good C^3I system architecture can response tasks quickly and forms the required group units cooperating effectively. Then by affecting the information transmitting speed and the communicating quality of the different group units the C^3I system archi- tecture affect the military organization's reactivity and cooperation efficiency respectively. Based on that, we firstly associate the as- sessment with the task that the assessed military organization is expected to perform by mapping the task into the system units group that are needed to perform it directly. Then the measures are calculated based on multi-dimensional tree that is introduced to describe the C^3I system architectures of military organizations.
