本文介绍了西门子s7-200PLC在火炬自动点火系统中的应用。系统采用了德国SIEMENS公司S7-200PLC的CPU模块及模拟扩展模块组成控制单元,实现了炼铁过程中高炉煤气放散燃烧火炬的自动/手动/就地点火以及火焰的检测。通过这一技术的应用提高了点火的安全性,降低了劳动强度。

This paper introduces a kind of Autoignition System for a troch controlled by PLC. The S7-200 control system and the input and output modules of the analog volume of SIEMENS is adopted in the automatic ignition system. The realization of the ironmaking blast furnace gas emission during the burning torch of the Auto / Manual / local ignition and flame detection.The security of ignition is improved,the work intension is reduced,the ignition time is shortened by using these technology.
