摘要
通过对绝对式矩阵编码盘工作原理和编码方式以及狭缝盘的布局进行分析,设计出一种刻划仅三圈且无须电子学细分便可输出十三位码的绝对式矩阵编码盘,其分辨率可达1.53mrad,是传统三圈绝对式矩阵编码盘的16倍,以它为核心的编码器的外径尺寸为Φ30mm,远小于同样圈数的传统矩阵编码器的尺寸,经简单的二倍电子细分精度便可达到80″,适应了传感器体积小型化的发展趋势。
a kind of absolute matrix code disc is designed by analyzing the working theory and encoding mode of absolute matrix code disc and layout of slit disc,which is graduated only three circles but can outputs thirteen bits without electronic subdivision. The differentiate of the code disc is 1.53mrad,which is sixteen times of traditional absolute matrix code disc. The diameter of encoder whose core component is the code disc is 30mm,which is less than the size of the traditional three circles matrix encoder and its precision is 80″by two times electronics subdivision,fitting the minitype development trend of sensor.
