摘要
本文提出一种可用于被测对象和传感器测量放大电路输出具有复杂函数关系的传感器特性曲线拟合方法。该方法是对数值计算方法中分段三次Lagrange插值多项式改进,提出Y动态分段三次Lagrange多项式插值法,以进一步提高逼近精度,更适合工程上应用。文章最后结合实验数据对本人正在开发的电容式位移传感器特性曲线拟合,并给出结果。
This paper presents a sensor curve fitting method which can be used to the measured and the sensor output with a com-plex function. To improve the three sub-Lagrange interpolation polynomial of numerical calculation method,the Y dynamic segmentation three Lagrange interpolation polynomials is got,which further improve the accuracy of approximation,more suitable for engineering applications. Finally,fitting the characteristic curves of capacitive displacement sensor with experimental data,which is being developed by myself,and gives the results.
