摘要
本文根据某装备模拟训练系统建立的需要,分析了该装备进行训练的特点,建立了对参训人员作战运用的训练效果进行综合评价的指标体系和评价模型。该模型在该型装备模拟训练系统中得到运用,能够比较客观真实的反应参训人员的实际训练效果。
On the basis of meeting the need of constructing a simulated training system for a certain equipment,this article analyzed the characteristics of training using the equipment,constructed the evaluation quota system and evaluation model that used to evaluate the composite training result of the persons who joined the training. The model was used in the application of the training system ,and was able to comparatively reflect the actual training result of the persons trained.
