摘要
本文在实际生产设计和"薄板材脉冲激光微冲击成型新技术研究"等科研项目中,提出了用AutoCAD作平台的确定板材冲裁合力中心的计算机方法,这是理论应用于工程实践的成功范例,是用计算机技术代替传统方法、提高技术水平的成功范例。本文详细阐述了这种方法,并进行了工程应用,给出了这种方法的理论阐释和应用说明。这种方法理论严谨,操作快捷,结果准确,实用性强,具有推广应用价值。
In actual blanking and in researching of the item about laser stroke forming for sheet metals,a computer method used to determine resultant force center of blanking for sheet metals based on AutoCAD is advanced,this is a successful paradigm that new theory method is used to engineering practice,this is a successful paradigm that computer technology replaces conventional method to heighten technology level. The paper describes detailedly the method,gives example in engineering practice,and gives explanations in theory,explanations in applied practice about the method. The method is strict in theory,fast and simple in operation.The result is accurate. The method has applied value and popular value.
