维甲酸对口腔扁平苔藓患者血清IL—2、sIL—2R、TNF_α水平的影响

Effect of Retinoic Acid on Serum IL-2, sIL-2R, TNF_α Levels in Patients with Oral Lichen Planus

采用放射免疫分析和酶联免疫分析研究维甲酸对23例口腔扁平苔藓（orallichenplanus，OLP）患者IL－2、sIL－2R、TNFα水平的影响。结果发现：经维甲酸治疗后，OLP患者的血清IL－2、sIL－2R、TNFα水平显著下降（P＜0.01），临床显效率69．6％（16／23），有效率26.1％（6／23）。提示维甲酸可以抑制OLP患者过强的T细胞增殖反应，减轻细胞因子对口腔粘膜的损害。

Using RIA and ELISA, the effect of retinoic acid on serum IL- 2, sIL - 2R andTNFα levels in 23 patients with oral lichen planus(OLP) was studied. The results showed that after treatment with retinoic acid serum IL-2, sIL-2R and TNFα levels in OLP patients were significantly decreased (P < 0. 01 ), the rate of markedly therapeutic efficiency was 69. 6 % (16/23 ),the rate of actively therapeutical effect was 26. 1 % (6/23). The above indicates that retinoic acidmay suppress overenhance ment of T cell proliferative reaction of patients with OLP, and give relief to injury of cytokine on mucous menbrane of mouth.
