摘要
通过11组碳纤维板与钢板粘结剪切试验,分析了碳纤维板与钢板发生粘结剪切破坏的过程、破坏机理,研究结果表明:碳纤维板与钢板的极限粘结力随碳纤维板宽度增加而线性增大,且当粘结长度超过有效粘结长度后,极限粘结力不再随粘结长度增大而增加。
Through eleven groups of bond-shear tests of carbon-fiber boards and steel boards, the thesis analyzes the process of the bonding and shearing happening in carbon-fiber boards and steel boards, and analyzes the mechanism of destruction. The result of this study shows that the ultimate bond force of carbon-fiber boards and steel boards will increase linearly with the increase of the width of the carbonfibr board, and as the bonding length exceed the effective bonding length, the ultimate bonding force will not increase with the growth of the bonding length any more.
