高血压病患者血脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白临床研究

A clinical study of plasma lipids,lipoproteins and apolipoproteins in patients with essential hypertension

目的：探讨高血压病（ＥＨ）患者脂质代谢状况。方法：采用山西医科大学血脂研究室建立的常规方法测定了５０例ＥＨ患者和４５例健康人血浆ＴＧ、ＴＣ、ＨＤＬ－Ｃ，同时，采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法测定了ａｐｏＡＩ、ａｐｏＢ１００含量。结果：ＥＨ患者ＴＧ、ＴＣ、ＬＤＬ－Ｃ及ａｐｏＢ１００均高于ＣＧ，ＨＤＬ－Ｃ及ａｐｏＡＩ显著低于ＣＧ，以脂蛋白和载脂蛋白变化明显，并且，随高血压病情进展，脂质紊乱加重。结论：ＥＨ本身存在脂质代谢障碍，控制血压的同时，注意治疗高脂血症。

Objective:To study condition of Lipids metabolism in patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods:The levels of Plasma triglycerides(TG),total-cholesterol(TC),high-density Lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were measured by using the routine way estabolished by the department of lipid research of shanxi medical nuiversity,in the same time,concentration of plasma apoliporoteins(apoAI,apoB100)was determined by using ELISA in patients with EH(n=50) and control subjects(n=45)Results:The content of plasma TG.TC,LDL-C and apoB100 in patients with EH was higher than control group,HDL-C and apoAI content was lower than controls,but altering of liporoteins and apoliepoprpteins content was the most significantly among its.The heavier patient's condition get,the more significant lipids abnormal get.Conclusion:Abnormal of Lipids metabolism in patents with EH was inherent,treating hyperlipidemia should be considered while controlling blood presure.
