结合工程签证的作用,对目前工程签证管理方面存在的主要问题进行了总结和分析,针对如何有效完善和控制施工现场签证,具体阐述了如何加强签证管理,有效控制工程造价,以期保证业主投资效益。
Combined with the actions of engineering visa major questions existed in engineering visa management at present are summarized and analyzed. According to the question that how to effectively perfect and control construction site visa practical measures are elaborated to strengthen visa management to realize effectively control of engineering cost and ensure investment benefits of owners.
