阐述了建筑工程造价管理的内涵和意义,对当前建筑工程造价管理存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了加强工程造价管理与控制的对策,以使有限的资金投入取得最佳的经济效益。
The paper illustrates the connotation and significance of the costs management of the architectural projects, analyzes the problems in the costs management of architectural engineering, and points out the strategies to improving the costs management and control, so as to achieve the best economic effect with limited funds.
