The paper explores the investment control of the first-stage reform program in the Eleventh Five-year plan of Meishan corporation, illustrates the investment controlling methods in the program design stage and the construction process and the ways of how to utilize the favorable policies of the country, and sums up the measures and suggestions, so as to accumulate the precious experience for the investment control of similar projects.
