由宝鸡市农村公路现状分析了农村公路养护工程招投标过程,提出应完善养护工程项目建设市场,积极发展工程项目咨询代理,正确理解和把握国家的法律、规范、标准和项目合同文件,从而促进农村公路养护工程管理工作的规范发展。
According to rural road status of Baoji city, it analyzes the tending and bidding process of rural road maintenance project. It holds that the conservation project construction market should be improved, proiect consulting agency should be actively developed, and national laws, norms, standards and project contract documents should be accurately understood and followed. Only in this way, we can promote the normal development of rural road maintenance project management.
