摘要
1,1,2-三氟三氯乙烷(CFC-113)是亟需淘汰的消耗臭氧层物质(ODS)之一,而其同分异构体1,1,1-三氟三氯乙烷却属于非ODS物质。介绍了以CFC-113为原料转产为CFC-113a的技术进展,并使用了一种新型添加剂和调节剂,使其转化率达到了99.5%以上,极大地提高了产率。并且省去了精馏的过程,节约了成本。
1,1,2 - trifluoro - trichloroethane ( CFC - 113 ) is a much - needed phase - out ozone - depleting substances (ODS) , one of its isomers 1,1,1 - trifluoro - trichloroethane is non - ODS substances. This paper in- troduces the technological advances of CFC - 113 as the raw material converting to CFC - 113a, and the use of a new type of additives and conditioning agents to conversion rate of 99.5%, and greatly improves yield. At the same time, eliminating the need for distillation process, saving costs.
