癌症患者血清钙的测定及其临床意义 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨恶性肿瘤与血清钙的关系。方法应用偶氮胂法检测恶性肿瘤病人血清中钙的值。结果肿瘤患者中血清钙与对照组有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０００１）。结论血清钙与肿瘤之间有着密切的联系，因此血清钙的检测在肿瘤疾病中具有一定的作用。 PURPOSE To discover the correlation of malignant tumour with serum calcium.METHODS Determined serumcalcium in malignant tumour by colorimetric test “Arsenzao Ⅲ”.RESULTS The readings in malignant tumour are low than that of normal.CONCLUSION Serum calcium has close relation with malignant tumor,so the determination of serum,calcium is important.
