盐酸苄达明对急性高原反应的即时预防效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨盐酸苄达明对急性高原反应的即时预防效果。方法自海拔1400m平原出发、历时5d、急进5200m高原的119例健康青年官兵随机分为安慰剂组(n=20)、复方红景天组(n=33)、复方党参组(n=33)、盐酸苄达明组(n=33),从出发当天开始分别服用安慰剂、复方红景天胶囊、复方党参胶囊和盐酸苄达明,定期测定其血氧饱和度(SaO2)和心率(HR),并以军用卫生标准GJB1098-91《急性高原反应的诊断和处理原则》随访记录受试者急性高原反应症状,进行分度评分;进入高原后第7天进行高原习服基础生理指标测定,进行药效评价。结果盐酸苄达明对全程试验期内受试者高原缺氧所致头痛和呕吐的预防效果显著优于安慰剂(P<0.01或P<0.05),且对头痛症状的预防效果优于复方红景天与复方党参(P<0.05)。盐酸苄达明组急性高原反应GJB评分,进入海拔5200m高原第3天、第5天SaO2、心率、高原习服基础生理指标均显著优于安慰剂组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论盐酸苄达明防治急性高原反应效果显著。 Objective To investigate the immediate prophylactic effect of benzydamine hydrochloride on acute high altitude reaction. Methods Total 118 healthy young officers and soldiers were randomly divided into placebo group( n = 20), compound Rhodiola rosea group( n = 33), compound radix Codonopsis group(n =33) and benzydamine hydrochloride group(n=33). All subjects departed from the plain (1 400 m altitude) and progressed into the plateau (5 200 m altitude) in 5 d. Saturation of blood oxygen (SaO2) and heart rate were dynamically examined. The symptoms of acute high altitude reaction were recorded and GJB score was calculated according to the military sanitary standard GJB 1098-91 the Principle for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute High Altitude Reaction. The basic physiological indices for altitude acclimatization were measured on 7 d in the plateau. At last, the pharmacodynamic action was evaluated. Results The prophylactic effect on hypoxia- associated headache and emesis in benzydamine hydrochloride group was superior to that in placebo group, and the alleviating effect on headache was even better than that in compound Rhodiola rosea group and compound radix Codonopsis group. Compared with those in placebo group, the GJB score, SaO2 and HR on 3, 5 d in the plateau, and basic physiological indices for altitude acclimati- zation were all superior. Conclusion Benzydamine hydrochloride is effective for prevention and treatment of acute high altitude reaction.
