摘要
目的探讨抗精神病药对精神分裂症患者血清催乳素、雌二醇、睾酮水平的影响。方法将96例精神分裂症患者随机分为奎硫平组60例和利培酮组36例,分别给予奎硫平和利培酮治疗8周,应用化学免疫发光分析技术分别于治疗前和治疗后测定血清催乳素、雌二醇、睾酮水平,并与26名健康体检者进行比较。结果患者组治疗前血清雌二醇、催乳素、睾酮水平与对照组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后血清催乳素、雌二醇水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),睾酮水平则无统计学差异;与治疗前比较,治疗后奎硫平组血清催乳素、雌二醇、睾酮水平的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),利培酮组血清雌二醇、睾酮水平升高幅度不大但有统计学差异(P<0.05),而催乳素水平明显升高(P<0.01)。结论精神分裂症患者在应用第2代抗精神病药时可引起内分泌激素水平的改变。
Objective To explore the serum levels of prolactin, estradiol and testosterone in the patients with schizophrenia and the effects of antipsychotics on them. Methods All 96 patients with schizophrenia were randomly assigned to quetiapine group (60 cases) treated with quetiapine and risperidone group (36 cases) treated with risperidone for 8 weeks. The chemical lumind immunoassay (CLIA) technology was used to detect serum prolactin, estradiol and testosterone levels respectively before and after treatment, and with 26 healthy controls for comparison. Results Before treatment, serum estradiol, prolactin and testosterone levels had no significant difference between the two groups (P 〉 0. 05). After treatment, the serum levels of prolactin, estradiol in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈 0. 01), testosterone level had no significant difference(P〉 0. 05). Compared with those before treatment, in quetiapine treatment group serum prolactin, estradiol and testosterone levels had no statistically significant difference( P 〉 0. 05). But in risperidone group, serum levels of estradiol and testosterone increased marginally with statistical difference(P〈 0.05).Prolaetin level increased significantly(P〈 0.01). Conclusion In the patients with schizophrenia, the application of the second generation of anti- schizophrenia drugs can cause the changes in endocrine hormones. It should be noted in the treatment of choice in order to reduce the side effects
