消炎止痒搽剂中蛇床子素的鉴别及含量测定

Identification and Determination of Osthol in Antiphlogistic Antipruritic Liniment

目的建立消炎止痒搽剂中蛇床子素的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对蛇床子进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对蛇床子素进行含量测定。结果定性鉴别试验特征明显、专属性强、阴性无干扰;蛇床子素进样质量浓度在11.40～114.00μg/mL范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9985),平均加样回收率为98.84%,RSD=0.63%(n=6)。结论所建立的质量标准可用于消炎止痒搽剂中蛇床子素的质量控制。

Objective To establish the quality control methods used for testing osthol in Antiphlogistic Antipruritic Liniment. Methods The thin- layer chromatography was used to identify osthol and the high performance liquid chromatography was adopted for determination of osthol content. Results The qualitative identification test was clearly identifiable and specific without negative non-interference. The injection volumes were within the range of 11.40-114.00 μg/mL and showed the good linear relationship to the peak area values（r=0. 998 5）.The average recovery rate was 98.84%, RSD =0. 63% （n = 6）. Conclusion The established quality standards can be used to control the osthol quality in the liniment.
