Analysis of Drugs Use in Dermatological Outpatient Department

目的了解皮肤科门诊用药情况,促进临床合理用药。方法手工随机抽查2008年11月3日至12月9日皮肤科门诊调配处方,对药物使用情况进行审查、统计和分析。结果国产化学药在药品金额和药品种类中所占比例最高。皮肤科外用药中,医院自制制剂鱼肝油软膏的使用数量最多,过氧苯甲酰凝胶用药金额最高。皮肤科用药中,左西替利嗪的用药频度(DDDs)最高。结论该院皮肤科用药基本合理。

Objective To investigate the situation of drug use in the dermatological outpatient department of our hospital so as to promote the clinical rational drug use. Methods The prescriptions in the dermatological outpatient department from Nov. 3 to Dec. 9 in 2008 were sampled manually for the statistical analysis. Results The domestic chemical drugs ranked at the first in terms of amount of money. Dominating the first place on the list of consumption sum and amount of money of drugs for external use was self- made Fish Liver Oil Ointment. Levocetirizine ranked at the first in terms of DDDs. Conclusion The use of drugs in the dermatological department is basically rational.
