S100B蛋白在脑血管病中的研究新进展 被引量：7

摘要 S100蛋白由Moore首先在牛脑中发现，是一组低分子量的酸性钙结合蛋白，通过肾脏代谢和清除，生物半寿期为2h。因可溶解在pH-7的饱和硫酸铵溶液里，故命名为S100蛋白。S100蛋白存在于脊椎动物中，相对分子质量为10000～12000，具备细胞内和细胞外调节活性，参与多种细胞活动。
