摘要
目的采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定三氟柳的有关物质。方法采用Diamonsil TM C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为0.1%磷酸水溶液-乙腈(50:50),流速1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长235 nm。结果在本文色谱条件下三氟柳与有关物质能达到有效分离,在5.15~515 mg.L-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999;仪器精密度RSD为0.33%;最低检测限为10 ng。结论该方法简便、准确、可行,可用于三氟柳的质量控制。
Aim To determine related substances of triflusal by RP-HPLC. Methods The analysis was performed on Diamonsil TM C ls reversed-phase analytical column( 250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of 0.1% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile (50: 50) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml · min^-1. The ultraviolet detection wavelength was set at 235 nm. Results Triflusal and its related substances could be separated well. The linearity of the triflusal curve was well correlated ( r = 0. 9999 ) within the range from 5.15 to 515 mg · L^-1. The instrument precision RSD was 0.33% ,and the detection limit was 10 ng. Conclusion The method appeared to be simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of triflusal.
