消化道肿瘤术后恶性梗阻的围手术期处理

Preoperative treatment in patients with malignant bowel obstruction postoperative enteron tumor

目的探讨消化道肿瘤术后恶性梗阻的围手术期处理方法。方法回顾12例消化道肿瘤术后恶性梗阻的围手术期处理。结果12例手术病人出现1例吻合口瘘,1例切口感染,保守治疗后痊愈,无死亡病例。结论合理的围手术期处理,可以降低消化道肿瘤术后恶性梗阻再手术的并发症与死亡率。

Aim To investigate the preoperative treatment in patients with malignant bowel obstruction postoperative enteron tumor. Methods The preoperative treatments in 12 cases from January 1997 to January 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Postoperative complications included anas-tomotic leakage in 1 case, postoperative infection 1 case, none died. Conclusions The proper preoperative treatment in patients with malignant bowel obstruction postoperative enteron tumor is the key to preventing postoperative complications and mortality.
