As for enterprises, innovation is an integrated process ranging from the coming into being of the assumption of a new product or a new technology to its application in the market, including such activities as a new assumption＇ s emergence, research, development, commercialized production, spread, etc. The construction of enterprises＇ innovative systems has received more and more attention. What is more, enterprises＇ technological innovation is the most active cells and setup in a country＇ s innovative system. It is under the guidance of the innovative thinking and idea, and by depending upon the development of science and technology so as to form a system of virtuously combining production, learning and research together, create famous brands, and promote efficiency that we can propel forward the sustainable development of economy.
