摘要
基于多体动力学理论,运用机械系统分析软件ADAMS中的Car专业模块,建立了宇通大客车的空气弹簧前悬架的多刚体模型.利用ADAMS/AutoFlex,对其上下摆臂进行了柔化,建立了该悬架的刚柔耦合模型.利用虚拟仿真试验对悬架进行了仿真分析,得出了模型的正确性,并比较悬架定位参数的变化,使刚柔耦合模型更趋于合理化.利用ADAMS/Insight模块对在Car模块中建立的悬架系统进行了优化设计,得到了空气悬架定位参数的优化解.
On the basis of the multi-body dynamics theory,the professional ADAMS/Car module of mechanical system analysis software ADAMS is applied to establish the multi-rigid-body model of air front suspension in a Yutong bus.Using the ADAMS/AutoFlex,the up and down cantilever are made flexible to set up the rigid-flexible coupling model.The suspension simulation analysis is carried and the model is correct by the virtual simulation test.The changes of the suspension parameters are compared and the rigid-flexible coupling model is reasonable.We use the ADAMS/Insight module to optimize the suspension system.The optimal positioning parameters of the air suspension are obtained.
