摘要
对“圈地”案例的痛定思痛,使我们认识到,“圈地”行为一旦蔚然成风,其后果必将使各地发展物流业的前景受挫,企业发展更是无从谈起,而遏制“圈地”行为,既需要各地政府克服“一切为了政绩”的功利之心;也需要企业不借土地生财的实干之策。
Building logistics parks is one of nine projects listed in Plans of Restructuring and Revitalizing Logistics Industry provided by the State Council. Speeding up our logistics infrastructure is an important component to promote the development of the modern logistics industry, while, at the mean time, the phenomenon of using the excuse of construting logistics parks to enclose is a common occurance, which should cause extensive attention in the field. According to statistics conducted by China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing, up to now, the number of logistics parks, which are planned, being built and built, has amounted to over 700, and new logistics parks are more than 200 each year. However, in fact, number of logistics parks are fell in disuse and bring negtive impact to local economic development. Especially in recent years, local governments and logistics enterprises showed great enthusiasm towards building logistics parks, which means the appeal of enclosure.
