摘要
在建立商用车侧倾简化模型和确定动态侧倾阈值的基础上,开发了基于侧翻时间预测的重型商用车侧翻预警算法和一套能觉察翻车危险的实时侧翻预警控制器,并进行了实车场地试验验证。试验结果表明,本文算法可在控制器上运行,并能在车辆接近侧翻时及时提醒驾驶员采取相应措施,从而避免侧翻发生。
Considering that the heavy-duty commercial vehicle( HCV) is vulnerable to rollover because of its high mass-center and bulky dimension,a HCV rollover warning algorithm was developed based on the rollover time prediction. The algorithm was derived from the built simplified HCV rollover warning model and the determination of dynamic rollover threshold. A real-time rollover warning controller to perceive the rollover risk in dangerous conditions was developed and verified by in-situ vehicle tests. The test results show that the derived warning algorithm worked well in the developed controller,it was capable of reminding the driver to take measures timely to avoid vehicle rollover at its approaching.
