中国工程技术信息网（ＣＥＴＩＮ）目前已经在全国８个地区共建有１６个节点，其中大部分节点已在网上提供了科技期刊的网络版，使科技期刊提供网络服务形成了一定的规模。笔者就自身工作实践，并结合当前科技期刊上网工作中容易发生的一些问题，谈几点体会，供同行参考。...
The design and editing processes of the homepage of S & T journal are described. The problems arising therein are discussed.Finally,the author makes some suggestions about how to solve these problems.
