卵母细胞冷冻进展 被引量:1

摘要 卵母细胞冷冻是未来发展的一种趋势,冷冻卵母细胞主要采用慢速冷冻和玻璃化冷冻。慢速冷冻是传统的冷冻方法,其应用于冷冻胚胎已经很成熟,但还不能熟练的应用于卵母细胞。玻璃化冷冻有着简便、省时、经济,并能避免细胞内结晶形成等优点,目前受到许多专业人士的重视,有越来越多这方面的研究。卵母细胞冷冻后,细胞结构的易损伤性造成的低复苏率等情况也不容忽视。
