A New Determination of Mass Ratios of the Light Quarks

The investigation on how to determine mass ratios of the Light quarks has become an important subject in the modem theoretical particle physics.Due to the important progress on their study of the electromagnetic masses of the mesons,Gan,Li,and Yan have been successful in determining the mass ratios of the Light quarks.Some difficulties in the past literatures on this subject have been circumvented also.
