Curative Effect of Patients with Fracture of Femurs Haft Treated by Dynamic Hip Screw

目的:比较动力髋螺钉(DSH)内固定手术与保守治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的DHS固定手术治疗60例(手术组)和保守治疗60例(非手术组)股骨粗隆间骨折病人的临床资料。结果:手术组术后并发症发生率、髋内翻发生率、骨折愈合优良率和平均住院时间均明显优于非手术组,P<0.05。结论:DHS内固定手术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效明显优于保守治疗。

Objective： To compare the curative effects of patients with fracture of femurs haft treated by dynamic hip screw （DHS） and conservative therapy. Methods： The clinical data of 60 patients （operation group） treated by DHS and 60 patients （no-operation group）treated by conservative therapy were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The rate of complication, coax vara, excellent and good of hip joint function and hospital stays in operation group were better than those in no-operation group,all P〈0.05. Conclusions： The curative effect of patients with fracture of femurs haft treated by DHS is significantly better than conservative therapy.
